Our family king room with a spotless bathroom was cheap. The beds were comfortable and there were a safe, central heating and an iron. The hotel had a central position adjacent to London and undreground and Hyde park and oxford street.

The room is uncomfortably small for moving around comfortably!!! The constant noise from the stairs is annoying, especially during the night when guests are coming and going!!!

There is nothing to be liked about this hotel other than the relative low cost for this expensive city of London and other than its location very near Marble Arch.
This is a two-star hotel. The size of the room may be sufficient for single accommodation but for double accommodation, it is very uncomfortable. Breakfast is served as a collection of food stuff served in a basket in your room. In short, if you can afford, it is recommended to try other places.

Front office staff were efficient and very helpful in arranging airport taxi pickups, tour info, directions Location was good, 2 blocks to Hyde Park, tube and all major bus routes. Easy connection to Paddington Station for rail service. Continental breakfast was adaquate. Good security system and lockers for valuables under camera in front office. Clean towels and beds made up daily.
As with other comments the rooms are small and lack storage space

The cleanliness of the room was excellent, better than many high-end hotels.
The room temperature was uncomfortably warm, making it hard to sleep.

The hotel staff (1) were pleasant
Staff just stayed behind the desk and didn't help the room was tiny and in the basement boiling hot and in the summer no fans provided, pillow cases clean, pillows all stained breakfast has to be collected by ourselves (we were told it would be left outside the door) and by the time we had given up on waiting it was to late, the floorboards outside our room (15) were loose and upto midnight people were passing and keeping us awake, as were guests in the rooms above shouting and doors slamming till well after 12:30 at night. All in all a dreadful stay and nothing like the listings on your site, oh sink tap in bathroom (cold) only trickles out from just on to full on, will never ever stay here again!!!!!
